Yes, e-mail is supported (with the exception of Static plans*) but not to an extent that most providers do. As a matter of fact, we recommend using a reliable e-mail service for your important things and not replace your Gmail-account with Boostnet. There are several reasons for this:

1. Maintaining a proper e-mail relay/server is quite cumbersome and generally not worth it in our case. So far, most (if not all) of our clients either use tools like e-mail forwarding or an external e-mail service, which Boostnet actually recommends doing because;
2. E-mail isn't reliable on shared webhosting in general. Boostnet is no exception. E-mail providers and anti-abuse databases block IP addresses that they think is spam, and sometimes they think it's us. This will result in your e-mails ending up in spam folders or not being delivered at all in severe cases. Getting blacklisted is easier than getting removed from the list. None of that is ideal, and in addition;
3. Using an external e-mail service is safer due to better account security options and the performance is almost always better.
4. External e-mail services are required regardless for sending bulk (marketing) e-mails as no reputable shared webhost would allow this due to reason #2.

We tell you this because other webhosting providers usually don't. Most of our clients use e-mail forwarding and identities so that they can keep using their existing e-mail service while still replying with their own custom domain e-mail address. Or, you guessed it, they use an external e-mail service. It's simply more efficient.

You can still use e-mail on Boostnet because systems like Wordpress usually require it and that's fine, we just don't recommend using it for important things.
